Part time Bookings and Administration Clerk (4 hours per week term time only)
We need a well organised administrator to help deal with the bookings for our busy term and holiday clubs. Ideally home based the role will require the applicant to deal with emails and answer phone queries from new and existing parents. The applicant will need to co-ordinate with our Finance Officer to ensure that information can be mapped onto our registers and invoices prepared. They will also need to liaise with the Dell’s Coordinator to ensure that staffing ratios are in proportion to the numbers of children who are attending.
Ideally the candidate will have proven administration experience and be competent with computer spreadsheets and databases.
